Women entrepreneurs leading SMEs: what obstacles and conditions for success?

On March 16, Seynabou Dia Sall was with the association Action For Change, on the occasion of the first edition in Dakar of #BoostandLearn4Her. A morning focused on the challenges of women’s empowerment and women’s entrepreneurship in Senegal, and which brought together a cohort of 30 women, all beneficiaries of coaching sessions. The objective: to equip these women entrepreneurs for a successful #levelup.

Thank you and congratulations to Sokhna Laye Diop, entrepreneur and president of the association, for this great initiative. Thanks also to all the women present to share their expertise and experiences: Awa Mballa Tall, CEO of Amfa Beauty House, Nina Penda Faye, journalist and reporter, Sophie Ndiaye, founder of Soft Tranding and Fa Diallo, founder of I.A.B (Academic Institute of Babies).
